The UW Chemistry Department is interested in potentially hosting prospective graduate students next Feb and March (two Fri nights) for about three hour time slot each night. My interpretation is $8 per person per hour = $24 per person....or approx 3 beers per person and 3 hours of "space" for 200 people ($4800 + tax + tip). Am I interpreting correctly? If so that is great! If not please let me know where I went awry. Is it also possible to put a cap on the open tab for the party? Or do all attendees automatically have free reign? Thanks! Matt
