Welcome to Upstairs at Stoup, an intimate extension of the taproom that can be reserved for your next private gathering.

Upstairs at Stoup looks westward, with floor to ceiling windows and a deck over the beer garden, and can easily accommodate 48 seated or up to 60 mingling. We feature seasonal and core beers, easily accessible for your guests at the private bar. We also have a selection of wine, local hard cider, as well as a rotating selection of non-alcoholic options.

When it comes to food, outside catering is welcome! Any of our rotating food trucks are a great option and we would be more than happy to put you in touch with them.

Are you a business looking for a meeting venue or educational beer tasting opportunity for your employees and/or customers? Upstairs at Stoup is available in 2 hour blocks from 9 am–4 pm, Monday–Friday, and is fully outfitted for a meeting or presentation. 

Hosting your birthday party, wedding welcome or family reunion? Evening and weekend events are booked in 4 hour blocks (including set up and breakdown time) and are the perfect size and setting for celebration.

FAQ: Upstairs Events

What does the Event Minimum Cover?
Great question! The Event Minimum varies by day and day part, and includes the following:

  • The Private Space
  • The Beer You Drink!!! We have 4 taps Upstairs - you get to choose which delicious Stoup Brewing beers to have on draft for your event.
  • Wine: We offer a rotating, local red and white wine.
  • Cider: We have at least 2 rotating hard cider options Upstairs at Stoup in cans and bottles.
  • Non-Alcoholic options: We carry a variety of sodas, juices, Kombucha and non-alcoholic beer. 
  • And of course the support of the Stoup Crew! You’ll have at least one of us behind the bar for your guests, and several more of us moving through the space throughout the day/evening.
What is the capacity of Upstairs at Stoup?
We have seating for 48 Upstairs as the room is usually configured around 2 long live edge tables. For larger parties - as many as 60 - we are able remove tables to make room for your party to mingle.
Are kids and/or dogs allowed Upstairs at Stoup for private events?
Kids are welcome at privately booked events, but pets should be left at home.
Can we bring in outside food, or have our party at Upstairs at Stoup catered?
Absolutely! Most of our food trucks have catering options and we would be happy to put you in touch with your favorites. We also welcome other alternatives. Renters have done everything from crock pots from home, to pizzas, to a full catered spread.
Do you have discount pricing for Non-Profits?
We do our best to support non-profit events when we can. Please tell us more about your organization and what you are trying to accomplish and we will do what we can to help make it happen. When you reach out, please have your organization’s 501(c)(3) information handy.

Outside Spaces

If you are looking for a less formal option for your event, we accept reservations for some of our outside spaces. The shelters we have built out front and in our beer garden are excellent options for larger groups. Outside spaces are priced as a minimum spend, rather than a rental fee. 

Please note that it's walk up service at our main bar with the exception of a full beer garden rental which does come with a dedicated beertender among other amazing amenities.

FAQ: Outside Events

What does the Event Minimum Cover?
Pricing for our outside shelters includes the reserved space. All drinks consumed by you and your group will go toward the event minimum amount.
Are kids and/or dogs allowed?
Yes! Well behaved children and friendly-dogs-on-leash are always welcome in our main bar and beer garden spaces.
Can we bring in outside food?
We love when our guests support our food trucks but also welcome outside options. For larger groups, we even have some local recommendations for catering to share.
