Can I bring in my own food or catering?
Absolutely! Stoup does not offer food, just a fun and unique Owen's Meats Vending Machine. We have rotating food trucks nightly (and they are a great option with advance notice), but you are welcome to bring in outside food, have something delivered, or use a caterer. Let us know if you are interested in any local recommendations. We have plenty. At the end of the night, we just ask that you take decor and leftovers with you.
How do the deposits work?
A 30% deposit is required to hold your date.

All deposits are non-refundable, but 100% transferable to any another event, as long as the event is cancelled 14 days prior.
Can I serve wine, spirits, or other hard alcohol at my event?
Wine
  • We have local red and white wine available for sale. If you would like to bring your own wine in, we charge a $20 corkage fee per bottle opened. State requires us to open and serve all beverages.
  • We have an upgraded wine package available. Ask about what additional wine offerings we can serve.
Spirits/Hard Alcohol
  • We do not allow any spirits or hard alcohol. Please note that we always have a cider and hard seltzer on tap for your gluten-free guests.
NA Options
  • We offer a variety of non-alcoholic beverages from apple juice to sodas to drip coffee. Outside beverages are not allowed.
Is the Mezzanine wheelchair accessible?
Our mezzanine space is located on the second floor of the brewery, up a flight of stairs. This space is not accessible to wheelchairs or convenient for guests who may experience difficulty climbing up and down stairs. If you need a more accessible space, we have other areas that will work better for you. Please note any accessibility accommodations in the “notes” section of the Event Inquiry form and our staff will provide you with alternative options.
Does the Mezzanine space come with audio visual equipment?
Yes, we have AV equipment available for rent:
  • Projector & Screen $50
  • Speakers & Mic $50
What about setup time and decorations?
The mezzanine space is booked in four hour increments that includes set up and breakdown time. If you will need additional time, we have options available. We do not allow candles or glitter or confetti of any kind. Let’s talk about your decorations in advance.
Can I bring my kids?
Of course! Stoup is family-friendly.
Can I bring my dog?
We love having dogs in the brewery, but with the soft low seating and coffee tables in the Mezzanine, it it is not advisable. Exceptions can be made, so please reach out to discuss.
Do you offer any gluten-free options?
Yes! We have several gluten-free options, including cider, hard seltzer, wine and many of our NA options.

What's on Tap

Cervecita Mexican Lager

ABV: 4.80    IBU: 14.00    SRM: 2.00
Our Mexican Lager is perfect for sunny days on the patio or the beach...preferably in flip flops. Since we can't guarantee sunny days in Seattle, we kept this lager light and bright and irresistibly crushable, sunshine not required. Salud!

German Style Pilsner

ABV: 5.20    IBU: 37.00    SRM: 3.00
Imported German 2-row barley and Roy Farms Adeena hops give this German-style pils its crisp, clean character. Warning: this beer's subtle grain sweetness, spicy hop aroma and refreshingly dry, hop-forward finish may elicit a spontaneous Prost!

Mosaic Pale Ale

ABV: 5.30    IBU: 39.00    SRM: 5.00
A highly drinkable, hop forward beer with a classic American Pale Ale malt bill. Heavy handed Mosaic dry hopping gives this beer a nose packed full of citrus and mango. Up front aroma, balanced bittering and a moderate body just beg for another taste...and another...and another...

Pink Ponies on Parade DH Pale

ABV: 5.50    IBU: 50.00    SRM: 3.00
So one night on a bus in Yakima, a bunch of brewers fresh from sniffing Haas experimental hops all day, broke out into a spontaneous dance party and sing-along to "Pink Pony Club". From there the plan for Pink Ponies on Parade was hatched. And that, our friends, is how Brewer core memories are formed. This beer showcases Haas Mosaic, Citra and Krush hops in a crushable pale ale. It's tropical, it's citrus, it's dank and it's delicious.

Citra IPA

ABV: 5.90    IBU: 50.00    SRM: 3.00
We like to call this one Sunshine In a Glass ... or Sunshine In Your Belly because it won't stay in that glass long. Our Citra® IPA is designed to be light and bright in both color and body. Your first sniff will elicit images of tropical fruit and citrus thanks to a healthy dose of Citra® hops. Enjoy a pint of this and you might just find yourself gazing skyward, pondering how in the heck sunshine made its way into your glass.

Indoor Tropics IPA

ABV: 6.30    IBU: 50.00    SRM: 3.00
So yeah, it's winter in the great Northwest, but somewhere it's warm and tropical. We might not be there in body, but we can be there in spirit. Geography is no match for our imaginations! Step 1: turn up the heat in your house. Step 2: boil a big pot of water and whatever you do, don't open the door to let the humidity out. Step 3: drag that sad, neglected house plant from the front window and set it next to your chair. That plant is probably dreaming about the tropics, too. Step 4: Pour yourself a pint of our Indoor Tropics IPA and inhale the citrus, pineapple and passionfruit aromas. Step 5. Sit back, drink up and transport yourself to a tropical paradise.

Sandals & Flannels Hazy IPA

ABV: 6.40    IBU: 47.00    SRM: 4.00
You know the story. We're nostalgic for 90's Seattle when the sound of grunge music and the smells of patchouli filled the air. Sometimes we like to relive the good ole days while reveling in new trends like Hazy IPA. So we brew a batch of this beer, pack it with the brightest, berriest, peachiest, tropical fruitiest hops we can find, like Cryo POP!, El Dorado and Mosaic Cryo. And then we sit back, sip, and trip on down memory lane.

Be Legendary IPA

ABV: 5.90    IBU: 50.00    SRM: 3.00
We brewed this beer for our friends at PCC Markets to celebrate the achievements of strong, passionate women everywhere. It's a West Coast IPA with a go get em' attitude. Mosaic, Citra, Riwaka and Cascade hops bring aromas of pink grapefruit, pine and sweet fruit. "I figure if a girl wants to be a legend, she should go ahead and be one." -Calamity Jane

Ballard Back 9 IPA

ABV: 6.60    IBU: 57.00    SRM: 4.00
We brewed this beer for our longtime friends at Flatstick Pub and their Level 9 Beer Club Members. It's a West Coast IPA with Simcoe Cryo, Comet, Chinook and Citra Incognito. So you know it brings the aromas of our NW hops, citrus, stone fruit and pine. Thanks for always being outstanding supporters of Washington Beer, Flatstick!

Woodpile IPA

ABV: 7.50    IBU: 65.00    SRM: 6.00
Ain't no season like ski season! What could be better than a ski followed by a delicious beer by the fire? Absolutely nothing. Enjoy this berry, passionfruit and pineapple forward IPA (thanks to Mosaic and Vic Secret hops) while warming your toes after a day on the slopes. Best keep that woodpile stocked! You've got a lot of runs to hit and a lot of beers to drink.

Slayyy IPA

ABV: 6.60    IBU: 66.00    SRM: 4.00
Oh heeey! No tin knight is gonna slay this dragon of a beer because it's flipped the script and it slayyys. It's beautiful and delicious and takes care of its own business. We generally don't like to share beauty secrets, but this beer is a fabulous combination of Northwest flair and hop derived berry, passionfruit and orange flavors and aromas. Flaunt that confidence, Slayyy IPA!

NW Red

ABV: 5.00    IBU: 40.00    SRM: 12.00
Our Northwest Red Ale provides a distinctly Northwest hop character balanced with a restrained malt sweetness. We use 2 Row barley along with Best Maltz Red X to create a rich, red color and a smooth, satisfying taste. A hint of chocolate seals the deal.

Give It Time! Czech Dark Lager

ABV: 4.70    IBU: 23.00    SRM: 16.00
Using traditional decoction techniques, we brewed this dark lager with our friends from Lupulin Brewing out of Big Lake, Minnesota. The grain bill is a base of Weyermann Barke Pilsner Malt and Floor Malted Bohemian Dark Malt with a touch of roasted malt. Extended lagering-give it time!-results in a rich, malty lager with a hint of roast.

Black is Beautiful Baltic Porter

ABV: 7.50    IBU: 35.00    SRM: 36.00
Our Baltic Porter was built on a base of 2-row, Munich and Mild malts for a malt forward, rich flavor. It was made smooth through fermentation with lager yeast and extended cold fermentation. We brewed this to continue the tradition of Black is Beautiful, a campaign to celebrate the contributions of black brewers in the craft beer industry. A portion of proceeds from this beer will be donated to The National Black Brewers Association.

Robust Porter

ABV: 6.20    IBU: 45.00    SRM: 31.00
Rich in color and character, our robust porter conjures up memories of decadent chocolate treats dipped in coffee. Hints of dark chocolate, roasted coffee and light malty sweetness are the result of a complex malt profile including chocolate malt, roasted wheat and roasted rye.

ABV: 5.50    IBU: 8.00    SRM: 3.00
Originating on a base of 2-row and wheat malt and then soured using a novel yeast strain from the genus Lachancea, this mouthwatering, visual delight is the talk of the town. Raspberry additions make for a crisp, moderately tart, fruit-filled refresher.
