Can I bring in my own food or catering?
Absolutely! Stoup does not offer food, just a fun and unique Owen's Meats Vending Machine. We have rotating food trucks nightly (and they are a great option with advance notice), but you are welcome to bring in outside food, have something delivered, or use a caterer. Let us know if you are interested in any local recommendations. We have plenty. At the end of the night, we just ask that you take decor and leftovers with you.
How do the deposits work?
A 30% deposit is required to hold your date.

All deposits are non-refundable, but 100% transferable to any another event, as long as the event is cancelled 14 days prior.
Can I serve wine, spirits, or other hard alcohol at my event?
Wine
  • We have local red and white wine available for sale. If you would like to bring your own wine in, we charge a $20 corkage fee per bottle opened. State requires us to open and serve all beverages.
  • We have an upgraded wine package available. Ask about what additional wine offerings we can serve.
Spirits/Hard Alcohol
  • We do not allow any spirits or hard alcohol. Please note that we always have a cider and hard seltzer on tap for your gluten-free guests.
NA Options
  • We offer a variety of non-alcoholic beverages from apple juice to sodas to drip coffee. Outside beverages are not allowed.
Is the Mezzanine wheelchair accessible?
Our mezzanine space is located on the second floor of the brewery, up a flight of stairs. This space is not accessible to wheelchairs or convenient for guests who may experience difficulty climbing up and down stairs. If you need a more accessible space, we have other areas that will work better for you. Please note any accessibility accommodations in the “notes” section of the Event Inquiry form and our staff will provide you with alternative options.
Does the Mezzanine space come with audio visual equipment?
Yes, we have AV equipment available for rent:
  • Projector & Screen $50
  • Speakers & Mic $50
What about setup time and decorations?
The mezzanine space is booked in four hour increments that includes set up and breakdown time. If you will need additional time, we have options available. We do not allow candles or glitter or confetti of any kind. Let’s talk about your decorations in advance.
Can I bring my kids?
Of course! Stoup is family-friendly.
Can I bring my dog?
We love having dogs in the brewery, but with the soft low seating and coffee tables in the Mezzanine, it it is not advisable. Exceptions can be made, so please reach out to discuss.
Do you offer any gluten-free options?
Yes! We have several gluten-free options, including cider, hard seltzer, wine and many of our NA options.

What's on Tap

Cervecita Mexican Lager

ABV: 4.80    IBU: 14.00    SRM: 2.00
Our Mexican Lager is perfect for sunny days on the patio or the beach...preferably in flip flops. Since we can't guarantee sunny days in Seattle, we kept this lager light and bright and irresistibly crushable, sunshine not required. Salud!

German Style Pilsner

ABV: 5.20    IBU: 37.00    SRM: 3.00
Imported German 2-row barley and Roy Farms Adeena hops give this German-style pils its crisp, clean character. Warning: this beer's subtle grain sweetness, spicy hop aroma and refreshingly dry, hop-forward finish may elicit a spontaneous Prost!

Silence Has a Sound Winter Lager

ABV: 6.30    IBU: 28.00    SRM: 5.00
This beer was brewed with a base of Vienna, Pilsner and Munich malts then fermented using lager yeast. It is malt forward, with a light sweetness and toasty flavor, but long, cold conditioning creates a crisp, clean finish. It's got all of the flavor and satisfaction of a big winter beer, but without all the heaviness and noise.

Mixtape Romeo

ABV: 5.00    IBU: 32.00    SRM: 3.00
ABV: 5% IBU: 32 SRM: 3
Category: Lager/ Descriptors: Crisp. Melon. Grapefruit.
In the entire history of humankind, there has never been a more profound expression of love than the personalized mixtape. Hours of deliberation about which songs to share from your home tape collection followed by hours of tiny handwritten playlists with tiny hearts incorporated wherever possible. Follow that with ""play""-""record"", change tape, ""play""-""record"" change tape............This beer is our mixtape for you. For this latest edition of our rotating dry hopped lager series, we first brewed the beer with pilsner malt for a light body and gentle malt sweetness. Then we lagered the beer for several weeks to create a clean, refreshing crispness. As our mixtape final song, we dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin and touch of Citra for aromas of melon, berry and grapefruit. Load it up, press play and enjoy.

Mosaic Pale Ale

ABV: 5.30    IBU: 39.00    SRM: 5.00
A highly drinkable, hop forward beer with a classic American Pale Ale malt bill. Heavy handed Mosaic dry hopping gives this beer a nose packed full of citrus and mango. Up front aroma, balanced bittering and a moderate body just beg for another taste...and another...and another...

Citra IPA

ABV: 5.90    IBU: 50.00    SRM: 3.00
We like to call this one Sunshine In a Glass ... or Sunshine In Your Belly because it won't stay in that glass long. Our Citra® IPA is designed to be light and bright in both color and body. Your first sniff will elicit images of tropical fruit and citrus thanks to a healthy dose of Citra® hops. Enjoy a pint of this and you might just find yourself gazing skyward, pondering how in the heck sunshine made its way into your glass.

Sandals & Flannels Hazy IPA

ABV: 6.40    IBU: 47.00    SRM: 4.00
You know the story. We're nostalgic for 90's Seattle when the sound of grunge music and the smells of patchouli filled the air. Sometimes we like to relive the good ole days while reveling in new trends like Hazy IPA. So we brew a batch of this beer, pack it with the brightest, berriest, peachiest, tropical fruitiest hops we can find, like Cryo POP!, El Dorado and Mosaic Cryo. And then we sit back, sip, and trip on down memory lane.

Go Into the Light Carol Anne IPA

ABV: 6.50    IBU: 57.00    SRM: 4.00
These winter months are long and they are dark and they are cold. But fret not! The light is coming. Each day is getting longer and there's more light in our world. Things are looking up. Take this beer for example. It's a northwest style IPA with berry, citrus and peach aromas. It's just what the doctor ordered to push us through these winter months. Now do like Carol Anne and "go into the light."

Commercial Break IPA

ABV: 6.50    IBU: 63.00    SRM: 4.00

We interrupt our normal programming for an important announcement about a delicious new beer, Commercial Break IPA. This is also a great time to grab a snack, use the restroom and make a quick call to mom, just FYI. Commercial Break IPA starts with a base of pilsner, 2-row and oat malts for a full, but soft mouthfeel. Then we hopped it up for flavors and aromas of peach, citrus and pineapple. Delicious! Now get back to your show, but this time with a Commercial Break in hand. Hops: Triumph, Mosaic Cryo, Riwaka and Nectaron.

Bratitude IPA

ABV: 6.90    IBU: 59.00    SRM: 4.00
When Roy Farms and Green Acre Farms ask you to brew a beer with an experimental hop from their Latitude 46° Hop Breeding Program, you say YES. After rubbing several experimentals, we landed on ADHA 1631, which smelled amazing. Notes of sweet cherry, stone fruit and guava. We threw in a little Krush and Idaho 7 for support, but this beer definitely highlights an exciting new variety.

Beeracuda IPA

ABV: 7.20    IBU: 54.00    SRM: 4.00
"Ohh, Beera, Beeracuda!" We have a soft spot for our Seattle bands, so this one is for you, Heart. We built this beer strong with a base of pure 2-row barley and then got creative with the hops. NZ Riwaka, Motueka Cryo and Nelson plus some good old PNW Mosaic give this beer loads of grapefruit, lime and sweet fruit aromas. We think Ann and Nancy would be proud.

Woodpile IPA

ABV: 7.50    IBU: 65.00    SRM: 6.00
Ain't no season like ski season! What could be better than a ski followed by a delicious beer by the fire? Absolutely nothing. Enjoy this berry, passionfruit and pineapple forward IPA (thanks to Mosaic and Vic Secret hops) while warming your toes after a day on the slopes. Best keep that woodpile stocked! You've got a lot of runs to hit and a lot of beers to drink.

Neck Tats Double IPA

ABV: 8.00    IBU: 78.00    SRM: 4.00
Double IPA equals double the hop pleasure! This beer has Ekuanot Cryo and Idaho 7 in the whirlpool. Copious amounts of Eclipse and Idaho 7 additions in the dry hop results in layers of hop goodness.

Pistol Fingers IPA

ABV: 6.90    IBU: 75.00    SRM: 6.00
We love Mosaic hops, you love Mosaic hops so why not try them two ways.... We used T90 pellets and Cryo pellets in this homage to the mighty Mosaic. While not a single hop beer, this beer screams Mosaic (mango and citrus aroma and flavor) from start to finish.

Robust Porter

ABV: 6.20    IBU: 45.00    SRM: 31.00
Rich in color and character, our robust porter conjures up memories of decadent chocolate treats dipped in coffee. Hints of dark chocolate, roasted coffee and light malty sweetness are the result of a complex malt profile including chocolate malt, roasted wheat and roasted rye.
