Welcome!

We are family friendly (and friendly dog welcoming) brewery and beer hall at the corner of Broadway & Union. We are very excited to be a part of the diverse and vibrant Capitol Hill neighborhood and look forward to getting to know our neighbors. We have plenty of beer on tap but also offer a variety of alternatives. Food trucks will continue to park with us every day for when you get hungry.

Our Mexican Lager is perfect for sunny days on the patio or the beach...preferably in flip flops. Since we can't guarantee sunny days in Seattle, we kept this lager light and bright and irresistibly crushable, sunshine not required. Salud! Enjoy a pint of this and you might just find yourself gazing skyward, pondering how in the heck sunshine made its way into your glass.

So we brew a batch of this beer, pack it with the brightest, berriest, peachiest, tropical fruitiest hops we can find, like Cryo POP!, El Dorado and Mosaic Cryo. And then we sit back, sip, and trip on down memory lane.

Clean Sheet IPA

Ballard FC Official Beer

We are proud to brew this beer for Ballard FC, Ballard neighborhood's semi-professional men's soccer team. This West Coast IPA bursts with hop aroma and finishes crisp and refreshing. In soccer, a "clean sheet" means a shutout, nothing gets past the goalkeeper. Let's keep that sheet clean, boys!

Cap Hill Magic Hazy IPA

For the first brew at our beautiful, new Capitol Hill brewery, we decided to give the Cap Hill people what they wanted. HAZY! And now it makes an appearance every year on our Cap Hill Anniversary. We added Citra, Krush and Mosaic Cryo to the whirlpool for a burst of tropical, citrus and red fruit aroma and flavors then gave even more tropical, citrus and berry aromas with Citra, Riwaka and Superdelic in the dry hop. Cheers to many more beers brewed at Stoup Capitol Hill!

It's not just barley, water, yeast and hops. It's a magical elixir. A party in a pint glass. A GOOD TIMES MACHINE IPA. To reach this pinnacle of carefree and cool, a beer's got to be loaded with some pretty groovy hops. These hops deliver the essence of tropical fruit, citrus and berry. This is no regular day IPA, this is a Good Times Machine IPA!

Rich in color and character, our robust porter conjures up memories of decadent chocolate treats dipped in coffee. Hints of dark chocolate, roasted coffee and light malty sweetness are the result of a complex malt profile including chocolate malt, roasted wheat and roasted rye.

Tart and juicy all at the same time, this one has our favorite flavors of the season packed into one seriously fun can. ⁠

Offset 'Off-Dry' Cider

Offset Ciderworks is a local craft cider company (Mountlake Terrace) that uses a 50/50 blend of Washington-grown apples and pears for all our ciders. We use all-natural ingredients and never add sugar to our cider. Our Flagship OFF DRY consist of 8 different varietals between apple and pear. OFF DRY is extremely sessionable, not too rich, and has a nice smooth finish. It also won Silver at GLINTCAP (the biggest cider competition in the world).

We now have food available in our Courtyard from 2:00pm - 9:00pm every day. Noodle Cart features a deliciously light, fresh flavored array of Chinese noodles and dumplings.

We don't have onsite parking, but there is 2- and 4-hour street parking around Stoup Brewing and several pay lots noted on the map. 
We are 4 blocks from the Capitol Hill Station of the Link Light Rail and 1 block from the Broadway and Pike Station of the First Hill Streetcar Line.
