What's on Tap

Blood Orange Spritz

ABV: 10.00    IBU: 0.00    SRM: 0.00
Stoup High Gravity Seltzer, Moxie Mule Bianco Vermouth, Blood Orange juice, and Ginger syrup. Garnished with candied ginger.

Cervecita Mexican Lager

ABV: 4.80    IBU: 14.00    SRM: 2.00
Our Mexican Lager is perfect for sunny days on the patio or the beach...preferably in flip flops. Since we can't guarantee sunny days in Seattle, we kept this lager light and bright and irresistibly crushable, sunshine not required. Salud! Sour Pop Berry Blend

ABV: 5.40    IBU: 8.00    SRM: 3.00
Our rotating fruited sour series will showcase a variety of fruits in a tart and refreshing beer. We use Lachancea yeast, an exciting yeast that both produces lactic acid and ferments maltose, alongside our house ale yeast. This version is a berry blend!

German Style Pilsner

ABV: 5.20    IBU: 37.00    SRM: 3.00
Imported German 2-row barley and Roy Farms Adeena hops give this German-style pils its crisp, clean character. Warning: this beer's subtle grain sweetness, spicy hop aroma and refreshingly dry, hop-forward finish may elicit a spontaneous Prost!

Wheat the Rich Raspberry Wheat

ABV: 5.40    IBU: 19.00    SRM: 3.00
Eat the Rich? No thank you. We'd just prefer that they pay their fair share of taxes. We'll drink this refreshing wheat beer brewed with wheat malt from Linc Malt, 2-row and flaked spelt instead. For this version we've added raspberry! It's a balanced beer brewed to let the wheat shine. Slightly nutty and ultimately satisfying, this is a beer for everyone. Even the rich...if they pay their taxes.

ABV: 5% IBU: 32 SRM: 3
Category: Lager/ Descriptors: Crisp. Melon. Grapefruit.
Since the dawn of humanity, nothing has said "I love you" like a personalized mixtape-hours spent choosing the perfect songs, scribbling tiny playlists with tiny hearts and hitting "play-record" over and over. This beer is our mixtape to you. Brewed with pilsner malt for a light body and gentle sweetness, then lagered for weeks for crisp refreshment. For the final track, we dry hopped for notes of melon, berry and grapefruit. Load it up, press play and enjoy.

Mosaic Pale Ale

ABV: 5.30    IBU: 39.00    SRM: 5.00
A highly drinkable, hop forward beer with a classic American Pale Ale malt bill. Heavy handed Mosaic dry hopping gives this beer a nose packed full of citrus and mango. Up front aroma, balanced bittering and a moderate body just beg for another taste...and another...and another...

Citra IPA

ABV: 5.90    IBU: 50.00    SRM: 3.00
We like to call this one Sunshine In a Glass ... or Sunshine In Your Belly because it won't stay in that glass long. Our Citra® IPA is designed to be light and bright in both color and body. Your first sniff will elicit images of tropical fruit and citrus thanks to a healthy dose of Citra® hops. Enjoy a pint of this and you might just find yourself gazing skyward, pondering how in the heck sunshine made its way into your glass.

Silence Has a Sound Seasonal Lager

ABV: 6.30    IBU: 28.00    SRM: 5.00
This beer was brewed with a base of Vienna, Pilsner and Munich malts then fermented using lager yeast. It is malt forward, with a light sweetness and toasty flavor, but long, cold conditioning creates a crisp, clean finish. It's got all of the flavor and satisfaction of a big winter beer, but without all the heaviness and noise.

Slayyy IPA

ABV: 6.60    IBU: 66.00    SRM: 4.00
Oh heeey! No tin knight is gonna slay this dragon of a beer because it's flipped the script and it slayyys. It's beautiful and delicious and takes care of its own business. We generally don't like to share beauty secrets, but this beer is a fabulous combination of Northwest flair and hop derived berry, passionfruit and orange flavors and aromas. Flaunt that confidence, Slayyy IPA!

Belly Full of Fancy

ABV: 6.90    IBU: 0.00    SRM: 0.00
From Andy - It's not actually that fancy. I used Bamberger wheat which may have influenced the color a bit so it isn't as pale as the other IPAs on tap. There's a handful of hop varieties in it but it's most notably Simcoe, Idaho 7 and Ekuanot. It's my take on a Northwest IPA, but with modern West Coast influences. It's ~7% but I'd like to list it under at 6.9%. It's got a low finishing gravity (1.5P) and a nice bitterness that's not overwhelming. Lots of pine resin, followed by citrus and a touch of dank herbs and spice. It's also brite without a centrifuge ????. All northwest grown hops! It is carbed to 2.73 in a brite right now and hope to get it all kegged up tomorrow morning.

Sandals & Flannels Hazy IPA

ABV: 6.40    IBU: 47.00    SRM: 4.00
You know the story. We're nostalgic for 90's Seattle when the sound of grunge music and the smells of patchouli filled the air. Sometimes we like to relive the good ole days while reveling in new trends like Hazy IPA. So we brew a batch of this beer, pack it with the brightest, berriest, peachiest, tropical fruitiest hops we can find, like Cryo POP!, El Dorado and Mosaic Cryo. And then we sit back, sip, and trip on down memory lane.

NW Red

ABV: 5.00    IBU: 40.00    SRM: 12.00
Our Northwest Red Ale provides a distinctly Northwest hop character balanced with a restrained malt sweetness. We use 2 Row barley along with Best Maltz Red X to create a rich, red color and a smooth, satisfying taste. A hint of chocolate seals the deal.

Be Legendary IPA

ABV: 5.90    IBU: 50.00    SRM: 3.00
We brewed this beer for our friends at PCC Markets to celebrate the achievements of strong, passionate women everywhere. It's a West Coast IPA with a go get em' attitude. A medley of hops bring aromas of pink grapefruit, pine and sweet fruit. "I figure if a girl wants to be a legend, she should go ahead and be one." -Calamity Jane

Extra Loud Dry Irish Stout (Nitro)

ABV: 4.70    IBU: 36.00    SRM: 36.00
Roasted Barley gives this highly quaffable, dark brew its distinctive flavor and dry finish. The beer is balanced with a hint of bittersweet chocolate and a rich, smooth creaminess from oat malt and a nitrogen pour.

Simcoe Studies IPA

ABV: 6.40    IBU: 66.00    SRM: 4.00

If you're looking for a lesson in the deliciousness of Simcoe hops, drink this beer! We added loads of Simcoe Cryo hops in the whirlpool and in the dry hop. We threw a little Citra in there to keep it honest, but if you're searching for the citrus and pine that only Simcoe can deliver, this beer is for you!

Robust Porter

ABV: 6.20    IBU: 45.00    SRM: 31.00
Rich in color and character, our robust porter conjures up memories of decadent chocolate treats dipped in coffee. Hints of dark chocolate, roasted coffee and light malty sweetness are the result of a complex malt profile including chocolate malt, roasted wheat and roasted rye.

Sticks & Stones BBA Stout

ABV: 11.00    IBU: 52.00    SRM: 39.00
This is a big, bold, roasty stout brewed on a base of American 2-Row and Maris Otter malts and a generous helping of English crystal malts. It's aggressively hopped, yet balanced with malt sweetness and a full-bodied mouthfeel. We aged it in bourbon barrels and then blended with a fresh batch to smooth out the rough edges. The barrels contribute notes of wood, bourbon, chocolate and vanilla.
